has anyone in kern county fished the kern river section by hart park, because a friend told it had been stocked with trout.

They dont stock the lower Kern below Richbar in the canyon.

According to the DFG page they are suppose to stock that the week of October 20. If any one knows of good spot on the river near with good access let me know...
