A new bass pro shop is begin built in bellmawr nj. Right off exit 14 on route 42. I can't wait til its complete and opens up it's alot better only driving 30mintues away. Then driving 3-4hrs to harrisburg pa or maryland

Wow that's great news! Is it Belmar at the beach at the end of route 195. How soon will it open?

I was reading it will be near route 42 and route 295 somewhere in the area. It was approved by the state, but no construction date has been set

Hey lovefishing where in NJ are you?  I know some northern, middle, and southern Jersey passionate fisherman. Are you saltwater, freshwater, or both??

I know Brian, lately been reading up on some articles from Jan 2012 that maybe there thinking about Sandy hook  and Sayreville area's. I dont know if it's true, I guess that decided not to put one down here. There busy in debt building on the NJ Turnpike instead!

I went to the new BSP here outside of Raleigh this weekend. I wasn't particularly impressed with the selection, and I'm not a fan of the BSP brand rods, and especially not the lures. And they removed the Bowfin from the aquarium after only 2 days ! It bit the other fish, LOL

BPS does have a 96 million modulus spinning rod for about $100.00 that I think is terrific. So light and elegant with a 1000 series reel.
