Ever since I saw my first Pleco (Vermiculated Sailfin Catfish) in the wild I have wanted to catch one. IT took some tries but I was able to capture one on a trip to Florida where I got a few hours to fish. Caught below a dam where they were feeding on algae.

This is a Vermiculated Sailfin Catfish I caught in Florida. They are horribly invasive from the aquarium trade. They are everywhere but tough to catch and easy to snag. I snagged a few but managed to get this one to bite.
I enjoy all fish so I like to share the good photos. I have a few more from Florida that I will share as I have time.
